一、底层请求1、抹灰和混凝土的底层质量应契合《JGJ修建装修工程施工及检验规范》。2、抹灰层或混凝土外表层（包含切开缝、窗框周围等）不得有污物。3、底层表面有必要结实、无酥松，不得有裂缝或起壳，平坦度2mm，底层无浮尘，无粘附颗粒物。4、抹灰和混凝土底层涂刷外墙涂料请求含水率不得大于10，PH值不得高于9，新粉刷水泥砂浆墙面夏日请求维护10天以上，冬天需20天以上，现浇混凝土墙面夏日需维护21天以上，冬天需28天以上。
